Flip the Switch

This was the sunrise this morning from my back door. A little over a few hours later, if that, the draconian weather began. December in Texas today consisted of crazy rain and tornadoes. At least 5 confirmed. Twice my daycare kids and I hunkered down in the bathtub. They’ll never forget singing Christmas songs from the bathroom floor. Oh and we did some of our circle time learning while they were seated in the bathtub. It was crazy!

We are fortunate. Please remember to say a prayer over those caught in the damage.
