From fence post to wire

Not even a blink

Zippy they are

Faster than you can think-

Deep colors hidden

Under their wings

To one another

They secretly sing

Small little jets

They take off in flight

What an amazing sight-

  Thank you! They are called scissor tail flycatchers. I was excited as I don’t see them that often!
