Handle With Care

My smile covers worry

Concern for what you think

I really shouldn’t bother

I don’t answer to you

But my heart starts to bleed

When I think

You look at me with disregard

Disappointment and disgust

These pieces glued together

Are more than a little fragile

Be slow and turn gently

So I’m not caught off guard

    We are all fragile and should respect the fragility of others supporting them to keep them from breaking. Beautiful work.
