Too much drama for my brain this last week! But there’s always something to smile about.

I received my first metal print. It’s a gorgeous 16×20 and showcases a piece of fall from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma.

A new friend from yesterday. This is called a Ruby Crowned Kinglet. They are super fast but super cute.

So hard to get a picture of its bright orange Mohawk lol.

Another new friend came through, a beautiful type of house finch. I learned these are the males and the females are gray with tons of streaking. My daughter has named him Clyde.

The dogs got to go on an extended walk yesterday. I tend to take off on a trail and this one took us to the lake. I believe it was a little more than a mile? But there and back they were so much calmer the rest of the day.

Metal print sounds interesting. Dogs in the lake, though, since it has been below zero here this last week, uhm, sounds scary 😉
