I’m not really sure how they moved this bridge. It’s a piece of history now sitting in a field just off the road. It has been there long enough for the trees to grow up through its bottom, claiming it as a part of the land itself. Who traveled it? When was it built? Why was it moved? There’s not a history marker near it. It makes me sad to see such a story forgotten.
