Kammie’s Oddball Challenge 8/6/20

I totally googled the pronunciation. Super small town we came across in Oklahoma. And I want to go back. The town was founded by offering a school for girls. it went through many phases, and there’s only one black and white picture of it. But no one I asked could tell me where it stood. Neither can anything else I have found online. So now I have to find it.

I don’t think this needs any explanation
Just a couple of pigeons hanging out on an old building with a hole in it. In Marietta, Oklahoma.

  4. I grew up in Ponca City Oklahoma. Thanks for the history lesson. There are a lot of very small towns one of which, I swear it’s true, was called Slapout. Just a general store and no matter what you asked for they were slaapout of it. Like Klorox whites now.
