Friendly Friday Photo Challenge: Capturing a Feeling

The first picture is from a trail we walked at Broken Bow State Park in Oklahoma.

The second is from a little turn around with a few piers, near Black Bayou which I believe was in Arkansas.

Both were taken the week of July 6th this year during our vacation. And they both borough different feelings for me. What do you feel from them?
