Believable

We trust that the spring flowers will bloom
As if by our wanting alone-
We trust that the weatherman will warn us of trouble
As if they owe it to us-
We trust that we will wake up and have another day
As if it is promised-
We trust other drivers on the road
As if they couldn’t pull that gun-
But we are so quick to doubt the trust God has promised us-
As if He doesn’t done enough-
