Friendly Friday Challenge

I’m still not sure what these are. But they stood out as I waited last Sunday for my client. It’s in the older part of the city, and I loved the broken building behind it.

    An enigma. Looks like someone got creative on the two walls separating us from the Emergency pole in the back!
