The Weekly Smile 10/21/19

Finally found some fall colors!

Dallas had some rough weather last night. Tornado destroyed many neighborhoods. I’m smiling because I am blessed to be safe. And I was able to capture this as the storms rolled in.

My 6 year old entered her pumpkin in her school’s contest today. The theme was a character from a book. So she chose Mary. The mother of Jesus. From the most important book ever. I helped with the hot glue and she did the drawings on her own. I know she won’t win. But I know she’s sharing the love of God in her way. That makes her a winner.

Beautiful pumpkin (especially the eyes and mouth) and the photograph of those storm clouds and lightning.
