The Weekly Smile 4/29/19

It’s been crazy and I apologize now if I’m repeating something I’ve already said. I really have no excuse except my brain just doesn’t work like it used to.

Last Tuesday, my sophomore was inducted into his high school’s National Honor Society! Proud mama right here. Now he’s still a grumpy teen, and I hung up on him last night for raising his voice toward me; but overall he’s a great kid. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’™

My youngest came home Friday with an application because he’s been nominated for student council for his first year of middle school! Woohoo! In your face adhd!

However, having that diagnosis means that he’s extremely creative (as you’ve seen his art skills), and can totally think outside the box. He’s nervous because he’s worried about losing “personal time” aka video game play. But I truly believe he will excel and grow.

(Yes we are Snapchat geeks)

We were gone all weekend, and while I’m a walking zombie I got some great photos!

These were taken in Whitney, Texas. I have lots more, and you can see them on my Tri-Pics Facebook page. I was trying to paste the link, but it’s not cooperating so I’ll try again later.

So yes I’m completely exhausted!! But I have lots to smile about!

Congratulations to both of your sons. You did get some great photos.

Over the last couple weeks I’ve noticed I haven’t been getting pingbacks. I found this by going through my reader. I wonder how many others I have missed? Ugh, sometimes I hate WordPress!
