The Weekly Smile 10/15/18

This challenge is about spreading positivity! And we can always use more!

The Weekly Smile from my understanding, is back! Boom!

Here is my #weeklysmile

We went camping the weekend of my birthday in September. We drove through Cap Rock Canyon in search of bison. I was like the girl in titanic-except I was standing in the back of the truck with my camera in camping clothes, no makeup, and oh yeah, my camera. The guide told us she would be surprised if we didn’t see any.

Really peeps, this is how my dominoes fall. Not one single bison was to be seen. NOT ONE. Plenty of bison poo to smell. Does not count.

Thanks for the tip there.

So, I found a stuffed bison at Bass Pro and had to fill the disappointed void I apparently was still carrying around. Isn’t he cute? šŸ˜‚

As a plus, it is far easier to (safely) get that close to a stuffed bison than to a living one šŸ˜‰ Sorry you didn’t see the living ones, though. I’ve been to Yellowstone a few times and it seems there are bison around every corner. Thanks for joining in the Weekly Smile!

  2. Seeing a live one would of course been the goal but you would never have got it to strike such a wonderful pose with you šŸ™‚ šŸ™‚

  4. Bison poo is certainly not the best way to see it’s producer. Funny but ugh!
