I posted on a Facebook page not too long ago, some photos I took of an abandoned house. I was quite shocked at the response. Two people in particular kept harassing me about being in violation of private property.
It’s still bugging me. So here’s my thoughts. First, it’s not the house in the above photos. Second, i just don’t understand where I’m going wrong per say. There were no “no trespassing” signs, no fencing, no locks-shoot there were no windows! It was in the middle of nowhere, and has been in a state of ruin for sometime.
My purpose in my adoration of these places is the stories that are attached. Most of which I can find no record. But these belonged to people who have been through something we know nothing about. They make my heart hurt for them at just the thoughts of what the circumstances may have been.
So with that being said, I will continue to document through my photos the real that some don’t care to see.
I’m sorry that happened.

I can’t see that you did anything wrong. If people were living in the house it would be different but it is abandoned, if you haven’t identified where it is where is the harm It’s art, telling a story, history if you like.I think some people just do Facebook to look for trouble.

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the net the easiest thing
to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while
people think about worries that they plainly don’t
know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people
could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
Thanks
