Do I Mean What I Say?

I try to be gentle when expressing my hurts. Unfortunately, by time I can’t hold it in anymore, I’m discombobulated to the point that I say exactly what I mean. What wanted to explain in love, comes flying out sounding mean and angry.

Obviously my intentions are not to be mean and hurtful. I love this quote, and I need to spend more time in prayer before I speak. As we all should probably.
