I would say I fell off the wagon with my food over vacation. But I would be lying. I actually jumped head first into a vat of bubbling yeast and grease. I think there were a few moments of backstroking in liquid sugar. I can’t quite remember since I passed out from choking on it all. As I write this, it very well could have been a migraine trigger. Oh joy.
But I’m trying to pull myself back on. Dinner tonight was stuffed baked chicken with spinach, garlic, provolone, and bacon. I paired it with sautéed mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms. And sour cream for dipping. I did not need the sour cream, but I was feeding my addiction. The recipe did not call for bacon-but who cares.
