1.2.3. Quote Me Challenge

Now that you are so weirded out, and I have your attention, I have to tell you how excited I am!! Seriously, the look on my face wasn’t all about trying to suck in and hide the other chins. The Creative PTSD Gal has chosen me to be part of this quote challenge. Man, what a time to be picked.

You really need to check out her page! Truth and art and beauty all in one place! You will be hooked, and I look forward to seeing what’s next.

If chosen next for this challenge,

Rules: 3.2.1 Quote Me!

• Thank the Selector

• Post 2 quotes for the dedicated Topic of the Day.

• Select 3 bloggers to take part in ‘3.2.1 Quote Me!’

The topic I was given is Success. Here goes my personal takes.

I am here to tell you that I have days I just don’t think this way. Yet there is always that voice in my scattered brain telling me it’s not hopeless. My dreams are to make a successful blog, sell stock photography, and please God better than I’m probably doing now. (I’m honest ok?) I have many dreams, and you know what? If you think you’re too old to have them you are going to be miserable. Keep going. Because the happiness that shines when you share your dreams, is inspiring someone else not to give up on theirs.

This for me is like a Holy Spirit Slap. I don’t believe that success lies in money and material things. I’m not saying those aren’t good, but if you’re not doing your best to live right by God, you are failing. He promises that if you trust Him he will provide. Doing right to me means showing love, gratitude, appreciation, being humble, loving others when they don’t deserve it. (I don’t always do that one very well but I’m trying) Be thankful for the blessings he gives you, follow His word, and you will be rewarded. He knows your heart.

I could truly keep blabbering. I’m on a roll. However, I must keep the show rolling. The topic I would like to see quotes from is GROWTH. The three nominees are…

Fractured Faith Blog

The Word

I so look forward to seeing and learning how others perceive things.
