Challenged

I don’t like change! Pinterest messed with the way I can post, so now it seems I have to send link from here to there. I’m positive this is really operator failure, so thanks for the patience.

Tonight my oldest and I dubbed dinner, “Naked Ranch Bacon Pepper-jack Burgers” cause that’s what it is. No need to complicate things. I substituted bread for wilted spinach. Round one had olive oil mayo on the side. Round two is sour cream. I prefer the sour cream on this one.

In the recipe sharing fashion for Pinterest, and my lack of details, here we go.

Ingredients

1 pkg bacon

2 1/2 pounds hamburger

1 package dry ranch dressing mix

1 egg

2 Tbs olive oil

Onion powder

Garlic powder

To Make Yummy

I mixed the dry ranch, olive oil, powders, and egg together in a bowl. Then, I dumped it in the beef and mixed well. Formed my patties, and put them in the fridge until I was ready to grill.

Start your bacon!! Haha, I said it with that race voice in my head! Ok moving on. When bacon was 1/2 way done, I put my burgers on the grill. Cook them to your liking.

Once the bacon was done and the burgers were close, I threw an entire bag of fresh spinach in the bacon grease to wilt.

I put down the spinach on my plate, and layered with burger, cheese, and bacon. Plopped my mayo on the side, and devoured them.

Easy peasy and yummy in my tummy!
